Are you concerned about increased lake weeds in our part of Lake Champlain and the impact on recreation and home values? The Long Point Lake Weed Committee is sponsoring a talk by Meg Modley, Aquatic Invasive Species Specialist with the Lake Champlain Basin Program. She will be talking about:

- What causes excess weed growth?
- What is being done and by whom?
- What can we do?

There will be a Q&A after the presentation. It will be held Saturday, August 12, 2017 from 9–10:30 am at the North Ferrisburgh United Methodist Church (227 Old Hollow Road). Light refreshments will be provided. Please join us!
